Make a Valentine’s Day cocktail or a nonalcoholic “mocktail” with these easy recipes from
If you’re looking for a festive cocktail to serve on Valentine’s Day, you can’t go wrong with a simple Kir Imperial. Pour a splash of Crème de Framboise* into a champagne flute, and then slowly fill the glass with chilled champagne. For extra fun, drop a whole strawberry or a few raspberries into the flute!
No Framboise and no time to run to the liquor store? No problem. Just drop fresh berries into a plain glass of champagne. For a non-alcoholic version, add a generous splash of cranberry or pomegranate juice to a champagne flute, top off with chilled seltzer, and toss in some berries.
*(Crème de Framboise is a French liqueur with a raspberry flavor and can be found at a liquor store.)
